Tonight we have a powerful Lunar Eclipse at 10°40′ Aquarius in Shatabhisha Nakshatra, and this eclipse carries a very specific message:
Something hidden is being revealed so that it can finally be healed.
Shatabhisha is one of the most mysterious and powerful nakshatras in Vedic Astrology.
Its name is traditionally associated with "the hundred healers" or "the hundred physicians." It is ruled by Rahu and presided over by Varuna, the deity associated with cosmic waters, truth, universal law and the things that exist beneath the surface.
Its symbol is the empty circle — a symbol of what is hidden, contained, protected and waiting to be uncovered. This is the nakshatra of the investigator, the diagnostician and the healer who wants to find the ROOT of the problem. Shatabhisha doesn't want to put a bandaid over the wound.
It wants to know:
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
What is really underneath it?
What have we not been seeing?
What has been concealed?
What pattern keeps repeating?
And what is the actual medicine needed to heal it?
That makes this Lunar Eclipse incredibly significant.
🌑 THE LUNAR ECLIPSE REVEALS WHAT HAS BEEN HIDDEN
A Lunar Eclipse can illuminate emotional truths, circumstances and patterns that have been operating beneath our awareness. But because this eclipse is occurring in Shatabhisha, the revelations may go much deeper than simply discovering a fact. You may suddenly recognize the root cause of something. A relationship pattern. A family pattern. A health or lifestyle pattern. A financial pattern. A career pattern. A psychological pattern. Something you have been experiencing repeatedly may suddenly make sense.

Varuna is associated with the vast cosmic waters — the realm where things can remain hidden beneath the surface. The Sun at 10°40′ Leo is opposing the eclipsed Moon, while Mercury is conjunct the Sun, creating a powerful cazimi. A Mercury cazimi can symbolize a moment when the mind becomes illuminated by the light of the Sun. And in this particular eclipse? The symbolism is almost impossible to ignore.
